What payment methods do you accept?

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your contact information, select a payment method, and complete the payment. You will receive your product credentials via email.

Can I pay with PayPal or credit card?

Currently, we primarily accept cryptocurrency payments for maximum privacy and security. PayPal and credit card support are planned for the future.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and manage your purchases more easily.

How long does delivery take?

Most products are delivered within 2-12 hours after payment confirmation. Some products like Spam RDP (2 Days) can be delivered in as fast as 1-6 hours. You'll receive product credentials via the email you provided during checkout.

How will I receive my product?

After payment confirmation, we will send your product credentials (server IP, username, password, SMTP settings) to your email address. You can also check your order details in "My Orders" if you have an account.

What if I don't receive my product?

If you haven't received your product within 12 hours after confirmed payment, please contact us via Telegram (@smtp247_support) with your order number. We'll resolve it immediately.

What is SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?

These are email authentication protocols that verify your emails are legitimate. SPF specifies which servers can send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to your emails. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with emails that fail SPF/DKIM checks. All our SMTP products come with these fully configured.

What is the difference between Unlimited SMTP and Inbox SMTP?

Unlimited SMTP servers are new fresh servers with clean IPs for high-volume sending. Inbox SMTP products use established, aged domains with high reputation scores, optimized for landing in the inbox rather than spam folder. Inbox SMTP is better for smaller campaigns where inbox delivery is critical.

What is Bulletproof RDP?

Bulletproof RDP is a remote desktop server hosted in offshore locations that is resistant to takedown requests and DMCA complaints. It comes with admin access, all ports open, and DDoS protection. Available in various RAM configurations (2GB to 32GB).

What is RDP Port 25?

RDP Port 25 is a Windows RDP server with SMTP port 25 (and 587) open, allowing you to send emails directly from the server. Available in multiple countries (USA, UK, Germany, France, Japan, Canada) with admin access.

What tools come pre-installed on Spam RDP?

Spam RDP comes with Turbo Mailer, AMS, Gammadyne Mailer, Firefox, Chrome, Bitvise SSH client, and WinRAR pre-installed. These tools are configured and ready to use immediately.

What are Phone Number databases used for?

Our phone number databases contain 100,000 active mobile numbers per country. They can be used for SMS marketing campaigns, lead generation, telemarketing, and business outreach. Available for USA, UK, UAE, Japan, and many other countries.

What is the inbox rate of your SMTP products?

Inbox rates vary by product. Gmail (G Suite) SMTP: 95-99%. Office365 Webmail: 92-98%. Inbox SMTP (All Domain): 90-98%. Unlimited SMTP: varies based on your content and sending practices. We optimize all products for maximum inbox delivery.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! All products come with a 24-hour warranty. If your product is not working as described within 24 hours of delivery, we will provide a free replacement. See our Guarantee page for full details.

What if my SMTP server gets blacklisted?

If your server gets blacklisted within the warranty period due to no fault of your own, we will replace it for free. After the warranty period, we offer discounted replacement options.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once credentials have been delivered. However, if the product is not as described, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Contact support for resolution.
