24-Hour Warranty
Applies to ALL products purchased from SMTP247
Every product comes with a 24-hour warranty starting from the moment of delivery. During this period:
- ✓If your SMTP server, RDP, or any product is not working as described, we will provide a free replacement.
- ✓If credentials are invalid or incorrect, we will resend correct credentials immediately.
- ✓If your server goes down within 24 hours due to infrastructure issues, we will provide a new server.
Free Replacement Policy
We replace products that don't meet our quality standards
You qualify for a free replacement if:
- •SMTP server cannot send emails after proper configuration
- •RDP server is inaccessible or credentials don't work
- •Server IP is already blacklisted at time of delivery
- •Phone number database file is corrupted or incomplete
- •Product specifications don't match the listing (e.g., wrong RAM, wrong country)
Replacement is NOT covered for:
- ✗IP blacklisted after delivery due to your sending behavior
- ✗Server suspended due to abuse by the customer
- ✗Issues reported after the 24-hour warranty period
- ✗Configuration errors on the customer's end
